These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Purely Protection Plan (the “Plan”) offered by Solutions Purely Inc. (“Purely,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to customers (“you”) who enroll in connection with a Purely water filtration system. By enrolling, you agree to these Terms. Where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you greater rights, those rights prevail. These Terms are subject to, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy.
