What is the filtering accuracy of the membrane (in microns)?
The P1 filter media reduces contaminants down to 0.5 microns in size. With our attached UF post-filter, the micron reduction size goes down to 0.01 microns. For more information, please don't hesitate to reach out!

Unlike traditional water filters, Purely uses activated carbon fiber (ACF) as its main filter media. Do you install the filters?
The P1 Under-Sink Water Filter is designed for DIY installation with little to no plumbing knowledge required. You can refer to our installation video for guidance. If you prefer, you can also contact one of our associated plumbing companies for assistance.
Do the replacements have a limited life?
For unused, sealed cartridges, we recommend a maximum shelf life of 3 years when stored in a cool, dry, and bacteria-free environment.
What are the exact certifications of your filters?

Cloudy water After First Installation?
This is normal and harmless, usually caused by tiny air bubbles. It should clear within a few days as the system settles. If you notice it persists, try adjusting your water pressure cloudiness is more common with lower pressure. And of course, our team is here to help if you need support.
